In cooperation with your security team, we will design and implement a security program around your specific needs.  This may entail modifications to your existing program, or if necessary, we will help conceive, develop and implement a program from the inception.  Among the factors that our training team will consider are: tiering, regulatory requirements, topography, demography, resources, first responders, and the type and nature of potential attacks and potential perpetrators.

After designing your program, implementation will include classroom training as well as drills and physical training.  Among other things, classroom time will involve regulatory requirements, record keeping, various perpetrator psychologies, appropriate responses, and repetitive drills.  The physical component will ensure that your professionals are compliant with all regulations, and more importantly, will be prepared to respond effectively to keep your facility and assets safe.

Besides implementing a complete program, Draco will consult and train on any particular aspect or need that you may have.  Also, continuing and ongoing education for your extended security staff is not only wise, but may be required by regulation.  Always keep us in mind for superior results.
