Homeland Security

There are several agencies with jurisdiction over differing areas of critical infrastructure.  The Draco Group focuses on those facilities and assets defined by the Maritime Transportation Safety Act (MTSA) and the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and their modifications.  The MTSA falls within the jurisdiction of the US Coast Guard, while the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is governed by the Homeland Security Act.  DHS identifies eighteen areas of critical infrastructure.  Presently, the Chemical Facility Anti Terrorism Standards (CFATS) are regulations that have been promulgated for chemical, oil and natural gas, and electric generation industries.

Facilities that fall within the identified risk areas must comply with these regulations.  The Draco Group will ensure the necessary compliance and protection level throughout all aspects of the envisioned process.
